Christoph Janiak

Chair and Professor of Bioinorganic Chemistry and Catalysis at the Institute for Inorganic Chemistry and Structural Chemistry, Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf in Germany. He received many awards including the Heinz Maier Leibnitz Award, ADUC Award for Habilitands and the Heisenberg Fellowship. He was a visiting professor at the University of Angers, France and at Wuhan University of Technology, China. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry. Prof Janiak is an internationally renowned researcher in the field of metal organic frameworks, bioinorganic chemistry, nanometals and catalysis, with 420 publications and h index of 70 as well as several patents.
