Yao Tong

Industrial engineer of HIAM at Shenzhen Polytechnic. Yao received his B.S. from Beijing University of Chemical Technology in China,and his Ph.D. from Department of Materials at Loughborough University in 2016 with Prof. Mo Song. He has published 10+ papers with 5+ as first author and 1 academic monograph, owned 2 enterprise patents. After graduation, he joined Shenzhen Optimum Nano Co.Ltd and a carbon materials unicorn enterprise, served as CEO’s assistant, assistant director of quality and technology manager. Main research direction is application of graphene and carbon nanotubes in lithium battery.
