Professor at Hoffmann Advanced Materials Research Institute, Shenzhen Polytechnic. Wang attained his B.S. in Chemistry from Tsinghua University. Then he attained his Ph.D. degree from Department of Construction and Environment at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University with Prof. Hongxing Yang. He is recognized as one of the 12th group of expert of The Thousand Talents Program and Overseas high-caliber Personnel in Shenzhen (Level B). He leads a team of Peacock Plan, focusing on the research and development of core technology and material system of green buildings. He has published 68 academic papers with 36 first-authored and corresponding-authored ones on top journals including Nano Energy, Advanced Functional Materials, Nano-Micro Letters. His research focuses on new energy nanomaterials as well as devices and nano materials in green buildings.
